Growing up in the Southwest, He spent much of his childhood winters in Joshua Tree at his family’s cabin. Being exposed to rock climbing before he could walk, it’s no wonder that he’s found himself in the outdoor industry representing some of the top brands in the business. He also spends his time on the chair of the American Alpine Club, The Los Padres Chapter, helping preserve the wilderness in his area. Prior to entering the outdoor space, Chris was a high school science teacher which gave him a basis for education and hands-on learning. He’s always felt like people connect and absorb information best when they can take part in the learning. When he’s not out visiting shops, he can be found be exploring the world with his two sons.

Natalie is a full-time adventurer. Growing up Natalie's family instilled strong virtues in caring and having respect for nature. When she began rock climbing twelve years ago, those critical values became the foundations that she stood upon while enjoying the outdoors. She takes these with her while peak bagging, mountain biking, skiing, and swimming in alpine lakes. When daily life impedes her ability to get outdoors, she maintains her connection through yoga. Her motto is "Enjoy Today."

Growing up in a small town in Oregon, son to a park ranger, J was spending overnights in the woods while still in diapers. That love for the outdoors followed him into adulthood. If not out rock climbing, he’s spending time with his two huskies mountain biking, paddle boarding, or backpacking. With adventuring always on the forefront of the brain, J never misses an opportunity to use his years of retail and guiding experience to help educate others on the benefits of getting outside and the gear that will help them enjoy their experience.

Lisa grew up knowing two worlds: beach life in Huntington Beach, CA, and mountain life in the Eastern Sierras. However, it wasn’t until she left her music industry job to live in Mammoth/June Lake and travel with her husband that she found her way to the outdoor industry. She knew she needed to be around what she loved, so she took her background in sales, logistics, & account management and brought it to the retail buying world. When she isn’t working you can find her hiking, running & hanging at the beach or hiking, skiing, & climbing in the Eastern Sierras, all with her husband and daughter in tow.
